- Step 1: Make a complaint to the Customer Complaints Unit (CCU) of the Distribution Company (DisCo) responsible for supplying electricity to your area.
- Step 2: If the issue is not resolved or you are not satisfied with the outcome, refer your complaint to the NERC Consumer Forum via https://nerc.gov.ng/forum-offices/.
- Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the ruling of the Forum, escalate the complaint to NERC by submitting a complaint with all supporting documents via https://nerc.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new.
